The machine is driven by a reducer to perform bottle valve installation and removal operations using a bottle valve clamping device. The cylinder is secured by a pneumatic cylinder. Due to variations in cylinder diameter, the height of the bottle valve adjusts accordingly. In such cases, the main shaft can be aligned with the cylinder center by manually adjusting the jack at the bottom of the reducer.
This machine is equipped with an automatic stop device for tightening bottle valves, which prevents damage to machine components and motors, and ensures consistent tightening force for bottle valves, avoiding over-tightening or under-tightening.
The relationship between current and torque is shown in the table below for reference (referring to the worm gear, worm shaft, and reducer):
