We are a physical factory with independent production capacity. Our headquarters is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. We have been focusing on the field of gas cylinder testing equipment for 30 years. We have an independent production line, covering the entire process of welding, assembly and testing. We adopt the ISO 9001 quality management system to ensure that the delivery time of a complete gas cylinder testing line is 45-60 days. We mainly produce gas cylinder testing equipment, such as liquefied petroleum gas cylinder testing equipment, seamless gas cylinder testing equipment, etc. We support customer customization needs and customize the most suitable testing equipment according to the customer's daily testing volume. At present, our company has 35 employees, and the equipment is all mass-produced, with an annual production capacity of up to 20 testing lines. Product specifications: material, size, packaging method

We mainly use Q235 (welds, some machined parts), 45# and 304 stainless steel for equipment materials. In order to facilitate the loading of equipment into containers, we have also made some improvements to the size of the equipment, such as reducing the overall height of the equipment by updating the height and diameter of the pressure vessel; improving the length of the incinerator to increase the loading capacity. In terms of packaging, our precision instruments are packed in wooden boxes, and some equipment is packed in iron frames to ensure that the equipment is intact when it arrives at the customer's workshop.

Technical standards: whether it meets international standards

The company strictly follows the core standards of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, covering the entire process of product design, raw material procurement, production and manufacturing, testing and delivery.

The product is used for various types of gas cylinder testing, such as welded gas cylinders, seamless gas cylinders, cryogenic insulated gas cylinders, internally filled gas cylinders, and fiber-wound gas cylinders. After the equipment is installed, technicians will guide the operation and maintenance of the equipment.

Support OEM/ODM. OEM requires customers to provide technical documents and production standards, and the cycle depends on the actual situation. ODM is modified according to the company's existing products, and the cycle is about 50-70 days

 

 

Production And Quality Control

 

 

Production process: Description of the links from raw material procurement to finished product delivery

1. Design planning and raw material procurement
Engineers complete structural design, mechanical calculation and 3D modeling according to requirements to form production drawings and process planning. The procurement department selects qualified suppliers and purchases core materials such as steel, castings, and electrical components to ensure that the raw materials meet production standards.


2. Processing and component forming
The plates are cut into the required shape and formed by bending machines or plate rolling machines. Key components (such as gears and bearing seats) are manufactured by casting or forging processes and heat treated to improve hardness and toughness. Then, the parts are precisely processed by lathes, milling machines and other equipment to ensure that the dimensional accuracy meets the requirements of the drawings. After drilling, tapping and other processes are completed, the parts need to be subjected to preliminary quality sampling.


3. Assembly and surface treatment
The main frame of the equipment is formed by welding the frame, rollers and other structural parts. Subcomponents such as the transmission system and hydraulic system are pre-installed at this stage, and compatibility is verified by functional testing. Sandblast or shot blast the equipment to remove the surface oxide layer and enhance the adhesion of the coating. Spray anti-rust paint or epoxy resin wear-resistant paint, and use electroplating or galvanizing for anti-corrosion treatment for small parts.


4. Assembly and quality inspection
Integrate modules such as power system and control system to complete the mechanical assembly of the whole machine. Perform no-load test (check running stability) and load test (simulate actual working conditions to verify efficiency). Key dimensions must be checked for consistency with drawings, and weld quality must be tested by ultrasonic or X-ray non-destructive testing. Finished equipment must pass performance acceptance (such as processing volume and energy consumption) and safety testing.


5. Packaging and delivery
Finished product packaging Use shockproof and anti-rust materials to package the equipment in sections, and mark information such as product name, specifications and production date. Choose land or sea transportation according to transportation needs to ensure that there is no damage during the logistics process. The warehouse system completes the delivery registration after checking the order information, and updates the inventory data in the ERP system simultaneously.

Quality control: quality inspection process, sampling ratio, defective product handling mechanism

I. Quality inspection process
1. Incoming material inspection
Check whether the delivery note is consistent with the purchase requirements and check the packaging integrity; take samples according to the standard to test key parameters (such as size and performance) and record the test results; label qualified materials and put them into storage, isolate unqualified products and notify the supplier to handle them.
2. Production process control
Perform a full inspection on the first product before each shift, and mass production after confirmation of qualification; perform random inspections on key processes every hour; immediately stop the machine for investigation if abnormalities are found to avoid batch problems.
3. Finished product inspection
Perform full inspection or sampling inspection (such as appearance and functional testing) according to customer requirements; label qualified products and put them into storage, store unqualified products separately and start the processing process.


II. Inspection ratio rules
Key materials (such as core components): 100% full inspection; General materials: 10% inspection; Dynamic adjustment: When the supplier's quality rating is low, the inspection ratio is increased to 20%; when the customer has special requirements, it is temporarily upgraded to full inspection or stricter inspection.


III. Defective product processing steps
Identification and isolation: If unqualified products are found, red labels will be immediately affixed and transferred to the isolation area; Classification and disposal: Reworkable: Re-inspection after repair; Unrepairable: Batch return or scrapping; Fast closed loop: Complete cause analysis and corrective measures within 24 hours; Supplier issues must be fed back within 3 working days

The production cycle of the entire testing line is 45-60 days.
After receiving an urgent order, you need to immediately analyze its impact on the existing production plan, including core elements such as production capacity, raw material inventory, and human resources. Suspend non-urgent orders and give priority to expedited orders. Flexible deployment of manpower, equipment and other resources, arrange overtime or call for spare equipment when necessary
