Equipment Structure Description
Frame: The frame is the main component of the equipment, with all other parts mounted on it, forming the primary structural framework of the equipment.
Water Pump: The power source for cylinder cleaning, used to pressurize cleaning solution or water, which is then sprayed onto the inner surface of the cylinder to remove internal contaminants.
Cylinder Positioning Device: The equipment uses a four-position positioning system, primarily for positioning and controlling cylinders awaiting cleaning, facilitating internal cleaning of the cylinders.
Cleaning Device: Primarily used for internal cleaning of cylinders.

Design planning and raw material procurement
Engineers complete structural design, mechanical calculation and 3D modeling according to requirements to form production drawings and process planning. The procurement department selects qualified suppliers and purchases core materials such as steel, castings, and electrical components to ensure that the raw materials meet production standards.
Processing and component forming
The plates are cut into the required shape and formed by bending machines or plate rolling machines. Key components (such as gears and bearing seats) are manufactured by casting or forging processes and heat treated to improve hardness and toughness. Then, the parts are precisely processed by lathes, milling machines and other equipment to ensure that the dimensional accuracy meets the requirements of the drawings. After drilling, tapping and other processes are completed, the parts need to be subjected to preliminary quality sampling.
Assembly and surface treatment
The main frame of the equipment is formed by welding the frame, rollers and other structural parts. Subcomponents such as the transmission system and hydraulic system are pre-installed at this stage, and compatibility is verified by functional testing. Sandblast or shot blast the equipment to remove the surface oxide layer and enhance the adhesion of the coating. Spray anti-rust paint or epoxy resin wear-resistant paint, and use electroplating or galvanizing for anti-corrosion treatment for small parts.
Assembly and quality inspection
Integrate modules such as power system and control system to complete the mechanical assembly of the whole machine. Perform no-load test (check running stability) and load test (simulate actual working conditions to verify efficiency). Key dimensions must be checked for consistency with drawings, and weld quality must be tested by ultrasonic or X-ray non-destructive testing. Finished equipment must pass performance acceptance (such as processing volume and energy consumption) and safety testing.
Packaging and delivery
Finished product packaging Use shockproof and anti-rust materials to package the equipment in sections, and mark information such as product name, specifications and production date. Choose land or sea transportation according to transportation needs to ensure that there is no damage during the logistics process. The warehouse system completes the delivery registration after checking the order information, and updates the inventory data in the ERP system simultaneously.
Precautions of Cylinder Inspection Equipment for Respirators
The fan should be started before the electric heater is turned on to keep the positive flow of airflow when the machine is turned on.
Prevent hot air from entering the fan and causing damage to the fan.
At the end of the work, first turn off the electric heater, open the control valve , discharge the residual heat in the heater, and the outlet temperature should be reduced to room temperature, then stop the fan.
If there is any abnormality during the operation of the high-pressure fan, the power supply should be disconnected immediately for inspection, and the power should be turned on again after repair.
The air inlet and outlet filters of the fan should be kept clean frequently to avoid clogging.
High temperature will be generated during the use of the fan, and contact with high temperature should be avoided to avoid burns.
Electrical equipment should always check whether the insulation and grounding is good.
Operators should wear labor protection equipment, be careful of scalding.
The equipment should be operated and maintained by specialized personnel.
