This equipment is mainly composed of piping system, frame, pressure gauge and high pressure hose. It can effectively replace the residual gas in the test cylinder. The replaced gas can be sampled at specific gas sampling points, and the sampled gas can be detected and analyzed to ensure that the content of gas in the replaced gas mixture shall not exceed 2%. It effectively prevents the residual gas in the cylinder from mixing and spreading with the air during the inspection process, which leads to pollution of the environment and causes the combustible gas in the air to exceed the standard, and even affects the health of the staff. This device uses nitrogen gas at a certain pressure to fill seamless steel cylinders that require gas replacement.
