Vacuum Pumping Equipment For Welded Insulated Gas Cylinders
Overview & Usage
The equipment is mainly used for vacuuming the interlayer of welded insulated gas cylinders to ensure the stable interlayer vacuum degree for a long time after sealing of gas cylinders, and then ensure the safe use of gas cylinders after liquid filling. The device adopts molecular pumps and rotary vane pumps to form the vacuum pumping system, and at the same time, in order to improve the vacuum pumping efficiency, it utilizes the electric oven to heat the cylinders and improve the molecular activity. The vacuum degree of the vacuum system is measured in real time by using resistance gauge and ionization gauge to ensure that the vacuum system can efficiently and accurately vacuum the interlayer of the cylinder.

Operating Instructions
1. The equipment uses a three-phase four-wire 380V power supply. Ensure the neutral wire is properly connected. Before starting the rotary vane pump, briefly activate the motor to adjust its rotation direction. Do not start the motor in reverse to prevent oil from entering the molecular pump. If the motor does not rotate after connecting the wiring with phase loss protection and reverse rotation protection, simply swap the wire terminals.
2. First connect the piping and confirm there are no leaks before starting the rotary vane pump. When evacuating the storage tank, open the valve slightly to prevent the intake of pearlite sand. Once the pressure reaches 100 Pa, fully open the valve. The molecular pump may only be started after the vacuum measured by the resistance gauge reaches 10 Pa (gauge reading around 8.0E0).
3. Under no circumstances should the molecular pump be exposed to atmospheric pressure during operation, as this will immediately cause the motor to burn out and become inoperable.
4. Avoid any violent vibrations during molecular pump operation. Place air-cooled pumps in a well-ventilated area.
5. After starting the molecular pump, the vacuum level measured by the ionization gauge will significantly increase, indicating normal operation of the molecular pump.
6. When shutting down, first insert the vacuum port plug, then turn off the molecular pump, and immediately close the high-vacuum check valve.
7. Wait until the molecular pump has completely stopped before stopping the rotary vane pump.
8. When the equipment is not in use, it is best to disconnect the equipment piping to keep the system in a vacuum state.
9. When transporting the equipment in separate parts, ensure that the inlet and outlet of the rotary vane pump are sealed with blind flanges to prevent oil leakage. The molecular pump must be transported in an upright position. When shipping, drain the engine oil directly into a small bottle, and add it again when using.
