Overview & Usage
This equipment mainly adopts the liquid coating method to carry out air-tightness test on cryogenic insulated-cylinder in order to detect the sealing condition of valves, pipelines, meters and connectors of gas cylinders. After the device is connected with the gas cylinder, the system adopts PLC control technology and utilizes the pipeline to automatically input nitrogen into the gas cylinder. When the pressure inside the cylinder reaches the specified test pressure, the solenoid valve automatically stops the gas input, and after holding pressure for a certain period of time according to the specified time, the pressure is automatically released. During the holding pressure period, the test liquid can be coated on the parts of the test cylinder to be checked by the liquid coating method, and visually check whether there are bubbles escaping continuously, if there are bubbles escaping, then it indicates that the air tightness of the test cylinder is unqualified.

Operating Instructions
1. After familiarizing yourself with the user manual, connect the power supply and gas source;
2. Open the inflation valve to automatically inflate the gas cylinder. Once the specified pressure is reached, the system will automatically close the inflation valve.
3. Apply the test solution to the designated area on the test cylinder. The solution must be left in place for at least 1 minute.
4. Inspect the test area for continuous gas leakage from the cylinder. If bubbles are observed, it indicates that the cylinder fails the airtightness test.
5. Open the pressure relief valve to depressurize the system;
6. After the test, slowly release the gas. Cylinders that fail the test should be clearly marked at the leakage point and isolated.
7. Remove the test hose and proceed to test the next batch of cylinders.
