This equipment is based on the cylinder manufacturer, cylinder testing station, gas supply station manufacturing and maintenance work needs, is used for shot blasting and descaling of standard gas cylinders in compliance with safety supervision regulations. The equipment is mainly composed of the main unit of the shot blasting machine, throwing box, automatic sand lifting device, dust removal system and electrical control cabinet. 1. The shot blasting machine consists of two lower throwing heads, a steel bottle roller track, an automatic sand lifting device, and left and right brackets for the sealed box.
The lower throwing heads are located inside the throwing box. The shot is thrown upward by the rotating throwing blades toward the surface of the steel cylinder in the middle of the roller track and both ends, then falls back into the throwing box, repeating this cycle automatically. Some shot that enters the isolation box falls into the hoppers beneath the isolation box ends and flows into the sand box for reuse. The recovered and replenished shot is added to the left and right throwing boxes by the automatic sand-lifting device. The wear parts inside the throwing box, such as blades, guards, and roller track sleeves, are cast from high-manganese steel and can be replaced. The steel cylinder roller track consists of two rollers rotating in the same direction, driven by an electric motor. Its function is to rotate the steel cylinder while moving it forward, achieving continuous rust removal. The center distance between the two rollers can be adjusted according to the diameter of the steel cylinder being used.
The sealed box is composed of an outer shell, multiple rubber curtains inside the box, and a side liner. Its function is to prevent shot from flying out to the sides and at the cylinder's inlet/outlet, with an automatic sand recovery device collecting it. Each rubber curtain can be individually removed from the top of the isolation box for easy replacement of damaged rubber plates.

2. The baghouse dust collection system keeps the rust removal machine operational while preventing dust from escaping outward and recovering dust for processing to reduce atmospheric pollution. The dust collection interface on the side of the main machine body can be directly connected to the baghouse dust collector. The dust generated during rust removal is sucked into the dust collector's bags by a high-pressure fan, then shaken off the bags by a vibrator and falls into the ash collection box below. Regular maintenance is required, and the vibrator can be set to automatically shake at predetermined intervals. The equipment meets the requirements of national environmental protection authorities.

3. Electrical control panel:
The control panel features start/stop buttons for all motors, along with two ammeters to monitor the load on the shot blasting motor. By observing the current levels, the operator can determine the quantity of shot pellets inside the shot blasting chamber and promptly replenish them as needed.
