Description Of The Equipment
The equipment is mainly used to drive out the water in the filler of dissolved acetylene cylinders and recover the acetone solvent remaining in the dissolved acetylene cylinder. The equipment adopts the method of evaporating acetone by heating with electric heater, the cylinder is heated and kept warm with electric heater, and the acetone gas into the storage tank after being cooled down; further heating can also evaporate the water in the filler. This equipment is well structure designed, convenient operation, high efficiency and good effect of acetone recovery.

Equipment Structure Description
This recovery unit employs electric heating tubes for evaporation and water-cooled tubes for condensing acetone, which is then recovered into a storage tank, released, and transported in drums.
The unit is equipped with one heating furnace. The inner and outer layers of the housing are insulated with silica aluminum fiber to minimize heat loss. The lower part of the housing is fitted with two 2.5 kW stainless steel electric heating tubes. One is used for insulation, and the other for temperature regulation. The heating furnace is equipped with a temperature control device. Inside, there is a small cart for acetylene cylinders, and the side has a sealed door.
The water used in the cooler should be adjusted according to the outlet water temperature to conserve water and maximize reuse. During winter shutdown, after closing the water inlet valve, open the drain valve to remove water from the device to prevent freezing.
The storage tank is equipped with a liquid level gauge and three drain ports (upper, middle, and lower), with the bottom one used for drainage. For safety purposes, the storage tank is fitted with an explosion vent and a vent valve to ensure safety. Operating Instructions
1. After familiarizing yourself with the user manual, connect the power supply and gas source;
2. Open the filling valve to automatically fill the gas cylinder. Once the specified pressure is reached, the system will automatically close the filling valve.
3. Apply the test liquid to the designated area on the test cylinder. The liquid application and pressure holding time must be no less than 1 minute.
4. Inspect the designated area for continuous gas leakage from the cylinder. If bubbles are observed, it indicates that the cylinder fails the airtightness test.
5. Open the pressure relief valve to depressurize the system;
6. After the test, slowly release the gas. Cylinders that fail the test should be clearly marked at the leakage point and isolated.
7. Remove the test hose and proceed to test the next batch of cylinders.
