Static evaporation rate tester
It is used to measure the thermal insulation performance of gas cylinders, determine the evaporation rate of cryogenic liquids, and can be re-inspected with the vacuum system when the detection is unqualified.
Typical parameters: measurement range 0~60MPa, support automatic data acquisition.
Air tightness test bench
Detect the tightness of gas cylinders, the applicable pressure range is 0.2~3.5MPa, and it is suitable for liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquefied natural gas and other media.
The high-end model integrates a helium mass spectrometry leak detection module with a sensitivity of 10⁻⁹ Pa·m³/s.
Evacuation system
It is divided into mobile type (mezzanine volume < 2m³) and fixed type (mezzanine volume > 2m³), and supports circulating heating (gas/electric heating) to improve the evacuation efficiency.
Residual liquid recovery device
Clean up the residual liquid in the gas cylinder to ensure the safety of detection, and some equipment integrates nitrogen replacement function.
