This equipment is mainly used for disassembling valves of 15KG LPG cylinders. The equipment mainly consists of frame, servo motor, electrical control cabinet and supporting cylinders, PLC automatic control, the setting torque can be defined by user. In addition, the equipment also has a clamping mechanism, rotating mechanism, and rotating torque over-tightening protection mechanism, and linkage with the conveyor line. The valve disassembling is completed by one button, realizing automatic clamping, automatic fast valve disassembling, slow automatic positioning after reaching the torque, and automatic loosening of the cylinder after completion. The structure of this equipment is reasonably designed, with high quality, safe and reliable performance. This equipment primarily uses an electric motor to drive the main shaft rotation, thereby driving the bottle valve clamping fixture rotation to achieve the removal of steel cylinder valves. The functions of each mechanism in the equipment are as follows:
1. Steel cylinder clamping mechanism:
It uses compressed air as power to drive the piston in the cylinder to move back and forth, achieving the clamping and releasing of the steel cylinder;

2. Rotation mechanism:
It is driven by a servo motor to rotate the spindle and fixture, achieving the tightening and loosening of the bottle valve.

3. Over-tightening protection mechanism:
It is set within the range of an ammeter and controlled by an overcurrent relay. After the bottle valve is tightened, it automatically stops, not only preventing damage to components and the motor but also ensuring consistent tightening force on the valve, preventing over-loosening or over-tightening.
