This equipment is mainly used for disassembling the 5kg/15kg/50kg LPG cylinder's valve. The equipment mainly consists of frame, explosion-proof motor, control button and supporting cylinders. In addition, there are clamping mechanism, rotating mechanism and spindle clutch lifting mechanism on the equipment. The disassembling valve is completed by one button, realizing automatic clamping, automatic disassembling valve, automatic positioning, automatic loosening of cylinders after completion, and linkage of bottles and conveyor lines. This equipment has well-designed structure, high quality, safe and reliable performance, low labor intensity, and high efficiency in assembling and disassembling valve. This equipment primarily uses an electric motor to drive the main shaft rotation, thereby driving the bottle valve clamping fixture rotation to achieve the removal of steel cylinder valves. The functions of each mechanism in the equipment are as follows:
1. Steel cylinder clamping mechanism:
It uses compressed air as power to drive the piston in the cylinder to move back and forth, achieving the clamping and releasing of the steel cylinder;

2. Rotation mechanism:
It is driven by a servo motor to rotate the spindle and fixture, achieving the tightening and loosening of the bottle valve.

3. Spindle clutch lifting mechanism:
The spindle is equipped with a lifting mechanism, universal joint, and spline clutch. Together with the clamp, it can slide up and down. When the clamp is not aligned with the bottle valve outlet, turn the handle to disengage the spline, allowing the clamp to rotate freely. Once the clamp is in the desired position, turn the handle back to engage the spline, and the motor can be started to install or remove the bottle valve.

4.Over-tightening protection mechanism:
It is set within the range of an ammeter and controlled by an overcurrent relay. After the bottle valve is tightened, it automatically stops, not only preventing damage to components and the motor but also ensuring consistent tightening force on the valve, preventing over-loosening or over-tightening.
